# Exclusive Job Auction Rules — Powdersville Plumbing

Rules for sealed, anonymous proxy bidding for exclusive Powdersville Plumbing job rights per term.

## Ownership
- Auctioned: exclusive job rights for one term only (monthly or quarterly).
- Not auctioned: brand, domain, GBP, reviews, tracking phone, GHL.
- NAP (name / address / phone as published) stays with the site owner forever.
- Phone stays with the site; jobs route to the term winner via GHL.

## Eligibility
- Active South Carolina plumbing license.
- Current certificate of insurance (COI).
- Able to serve Powdersville / nearby Upstate SC.

## Reserves (placeholders — edit `js/auction.js`)
- Monthly: $499
- Quarterly: $1,299

## Bidding
- Sealed + anonymous proxy max bid.
- Bidders never see who else bid or the high amount.
- Status only: leading or outbid.

## Window
- Opens: 20th (America/New_York).
- Closes: 25th at 5:00pm America/New_York.
- Until live: waitlist only; dates are placeholders.

## No renewal preference
Prior winner must rebid and win again every term.

## Payment & forfeit
Winner pays within 24 hours of notice or the term rolls to #2 (then #3, etc.).

## Job decline / backup spill
Winner gets first routing. Declines or missed SLAs may spill to backup; repeated declines may void exclusivity for the remainder of the term (owner discretion, with notice).
