How bidding works

Sealed, anonymous proxy max bid

Bidders never see who else bid or the high amount. You only see your own status: leading or outbid.

1. Set a max

Enter the most you will pay for the term. The system bids for you up to that max (proxy).

2. Leading / outbid only

You never see rival names or amounts — only whether you are currently leading or outbid.

3. Winner pays in 24h

Highest valid bid at close wins. Pay within 24 hours or the term rolls to #2.

Opens on the 20th. Closes on the 25th at 5:00pm America/New_York. Placeholder dates until GHL is live.

  • Active South Carolina plumbing license
  • Current certificate of insurance (COI)
  • Ability to cover Powdersville / nearby Upstate SC
